Pack the Product
Carefully place the item in its original box with all tags attached to ensure it stays protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
